Y3 visit Science Museum

Pupils in 3S took the trip into central London today to spend time in the Science Museum. For some, it was the first time they had visited the museum and the group wasted no time in having a look at some of the exhibits.

After watching (and for some taking part) in a workshop on forces and how these affect structures like bridges, pupils got to explore some scientific concepts in a very 'hands-on' way in the museum's Launchpad exhibit. After a brief visit to the space exhibit, pupils boarded the coach to return to school.

Many thanks to the parents that accompanied this excursion: as ever your continued support is very much appreciated by pupils and by everyone involved with the organisation of this educational trip.
